Yes I called in sick and went for a bike ride. First time in my boring life I've done something risky. Things have been quite fucked at work as of late and for some reason the night shift rotation I go through once a month has been a sad state of affairs as of late as I have not been sleeping and 'not sleeping good or not getting enough sleep. This and an apparent thyroid issue caught in a medical has me in a super fucked mode. So call it a mental health day cause the worlds going crazy and mental health is a big issue.
Bike ride warranted.
The ride was local, quiet and wet. I had hoped for some rumbling thunder in the distance and it was sadly quiet.
Here's hoping for more rides this next week off. sigh...
