Sleep-Riding

My sleeping pattern is completely fucked. When working I am home by 5 and asleep by 6. Today I woke up at 4 and after over an hour of trying to sleep I got up and decided to go for a ride with plenty of time before the big ball game.

The same sleeping pattern happened last weekend but no ride. my 24 hour schedule completely flipped over.

Once up this morning I looked outside and noticed the weather.

The weather was dank, rainy, and windy.

The weather was perfect.

The ride started by the Queen where I crossed the doomed walking bridge and rode on the North side all the way to the multi use from Kinseman to Emily Murphy. What was scary is when I stopped for a rest and to listen to the wind howl through the trees. I couldn't remember how I got there. I remembered the route but the details escaped me. The only thing notable was the near crashes along the river on the Kinseman River Trail on the slippery roots.

I turned back for the Jeep and ended up going past so I could at least have some sort of a ride. The tiredness faded and I looped across Dawson bridge and back through Forest Heights and home to the Jeep.

The Bike Gods Have Forsaken Me

Honestly not a bad ride...? But it kinda sucked. Absolutely no energy again with the legs having zero climbing energy.  A short write up, so...
